After waiting so we developed a method to resolve and correct any error .dll Blackra1n.
I remember that among the errors are blackra1n icuin36.dll , Corefoundation.dll, ASL.dll is not found, QTCF.dll is not found.
To solve the problem of all these DLL:
Put your blackra1n.exe in the folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
and that will solve all the problems with the missing dll.
