It has been a few days since we have heard anything from the world of Siri, but now we have some big news about a tweak that has just been released into Cydia. The tweak, called “H1Siri” is available at the repo “”http://www.cydia.be”. This tweak enables the full Siri GUI, and successfully connects to Apple’s servers, as of now it appears that there is not any real fuctionality that it provides, other than responding to phrases, but this is clearly a huge step in the right direction. Now that we’re all squared away, you’ll need to download the following items before you can proceed.
The IPSW of your choice, I would recommend 4.3.3 as it is jailbreakable and still being signed by apple. I can’t think of any logical reason why you would want to roll back any further… Just make sure that you have your SHSH stored with Cydia if you choose to go older than 4.3.3.

Some apps run code on the SpringBoard, so if any of it crashes, you’re pretty much screwed. But, MobileSubstrate is a failsafe “SpringBoard.app” that will run in case of a SpringBoard crash. This saves you from SWOD’s, etc, by temporarily disabling the code until SpringBoard reloads correctly. MobileSubstrate has been updated with iOS 4.2.1 compatibility.

If you have an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch, you might have heard about Cydia and Rock.app. They are both stores (the same as App Store) for 3rd party apps, themes, tweaks and everything you may want for your iPhone. Cydia is the name of a third-party App Store for the iPhone and iPod touch. Many users jailbreak their device to get access to the apps and also to unlock or theme their device the way they want to. Today, Cydia started crashing due to some files in the ZodTTD repository and a lot of people started searching for “cydia crashing” on Google. I’ve experienced Cydia crashing many times, and would recommend that you try the Rock app instead. Rock is a faster and better alternative to Cydia, and can be installed through blackra1n.
